Unlike traditional solid lotion bars that rely heavily on beeswax, this formula has been carefully developed to deliver the refined skin feel of a liquid lotion, without the heavy drag or waxy residue often associated with solid formats.

A true standout ingredient is Olivem 1000, a premium olive-derived emulsifier selected not only for structure, but for its genuine skincare benefits. When combined with fruit and plant waxes, nourishing butters and lightweight oils, it creates a bar that offers lasting hydration with a smooth, silky finish. The inclusion of an emulsifying component means any excess product transforms into a light lotion upon contact with water, allowing it to rinse away cleanly rather than lingering on the skin at the end of the day.

Instead of relying on beeswax for firmness, this formula uses Berry Wax (Rhus Verniciflua Peel Wax) and Rice Bran Wax to provide structure while still allowing the bar to melt beautifully on contact with warm skin. This balance ensures stability in the hand while maintaining effortless glide during application.

By eliminating beeswax entirely, the formula remains vegan-friendly, a rare quality within the solid lotion bar market. Designed with flexibility in mind, it also includes guidance on ingredient functionality and suggested alternatives, enabling you to tailor the formula to suit your brand identity, climate conditions and customer preferences.
