Refund Policy for Digital Products

 

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you have read all product information carefully, including any required ingredients or materials, before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to contact me prior to buying the recipe.

All our formulas have been tried and tested. In the event there is an error in the formula, an update will be made available.

Please note that our digital formulations and cosmetic recipes are not available to individuals or businesses residing in countries or territories governed by European Union (EU) policy, including both EU cosmetic regulations and retail directives. Consequently, our system is configured to restrict transactions, and customers in these areas will not be able to complete the checkout process. Should a user provide a false address or misleading geographical information to bypass these restrictions and gain access to our files, they explicitly acknowledge that they are operating outside our authorised service zones and are not protected by EU regulations, consumer laws, or directives.
