All our formulas have been tried and tested before publishing, but it is up to you to conduct your own testing to ensure it behaves as intended. Small changes can affect the efficacy and stability of a formula.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have access to ingredients required to complete formulas and if you have concerns, you contact us prior to purchase.
It is your responsibility to know the rules and regulations in your country or state in regards to the use of particular ingredients. None of our formulas have been submitted for testing in countries where this is required to do so by us. This is the responsibilty of you and we do not take responsibilty if it does not pass. No refunds are issued where formulas do not pass.
You are not permitted to share the contents of the files with any other person outside or your business. This includes revealing the details formulas on any social media channel including but not limited to YouTube. You are permited to make and sell any products made with the formulas without crediting DIY Body Care

All possible care is taken to provide accurate information and pictures on each product available. On the occasion when there is an error in the attached files, we will rectify the information and send out the correct details.

4. Payment and security:
Orders will only be commenced and dispatched once full payment has been received.
We do not hold or store any of your payment details. All payment processing is done via secure sites such as PayPal or Shopify
5. Prices and taxes:
DIY Body Care reserves the right to change prices at any time without warning. The Price payable for the products shall be the price applicable on the date the order is confirmed and paid for. All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
DIY Body Care are a GST registered business and this has been incorporated into the displayed price. This is subject to change according to Australian Taxation Laws.
Customers in the EU are charged VAT in accordance with regulations.
6. Cancellations and Returns:
Once payment is received, digital files are immediately available and cannot be cancelled or returned. It is your responsibility to ensure you have read all provided information prior to purchase as no refunds are issued.

All files are made available immediately once payment has been received.
