This formula has taken me years to finalise thanks to having some very specific requirements, that were not only my own, but also my customers.
I wanted a deodorant that was a solid stick as the idea of a paste that was rubbed on with fingers really didn't appeal to me, or some of my customers. As well as this, I wanted to avoid Bicarbonate of Soda and aluminium based ingredients, have it gentle on sensitive skin plus have a vegan friendly product. Some other important requirements was that the deodorant glided on smoothly with even coverage, did not feel greasy or stick, didn't stain clothes and washed away easily when needed.
I was able to achieve all that with this formula, and with a little tweaking, you can even make this deodorant natural. I have chosen to use some synthetic ingredients as I felt they enhanced the product, but I have given suggestions for making this natural.
