I first created this recipe for my Dad because, like me, he has sensitivities to some ingredients, and also like me, will get bitten by any bug that is around.
This is a water-based spray that contains just enough alcohol to stop it from feeling wet and sticky and makes this self-preserving, eliminating the need for a preservative as this is what both my Dad and I are sensitive too. A key ingredient in this spray is Lavender Hydrosol although it can be substituted.
This formula also contains 3 bug deterring essential oil blends that can be used.
